1. Mondstadt (Anemo) based off Germany
2. Liyue (Geo) based off China
3. Inazuma (Electro) based off Japan Samurai Era (Bakufu)
4. Sumeru (Dendro) Amazon Forest?
5. Fontaine (Hydro) ????
6. Natlan (Pyro) London????
7. Snezhnaya (Cryo) Scandanavia/Russia

Mishka Inazuma isnt water, Inazuma is electro, water is at Fontaine! And yes, Snezhnaya will be a land we are going to visit. I don't think its the last tho, maybe like the second last, I think the last will be Khaenri'ah, I think this one is located underground, not sure, but it literally could be under us right now because if we look at the full map in one of the leaks I found in twitter, theres no Khaenri'ah at all there so its probably underground.
