  1. I enjoy it personally, idk there's just something relaxing about it. Plus I think they're doing these filler events to hype up inazuma coming later this year.

  2. I strongly agree with the combat aspect. There NEEDS to be more combat stuff. Honestly looking forward to abyss 13-14. I’m looking forward to when abyss requires 3 teams instead of 2.

  3. I feel the same, I don't have all the characters neither artifacts or weapons, and I can't finish spiral abyss yet, but this content is really boring, and as you said, I didn't sign up for a mario party game xD

  4. Bro they’re never going to have enough meaningful content for someone who plays the game for a living. Even for most whales in any gacha game, the end goal is to just to collect and level everything.

  5. I wouldn't worry too much about the content. Mihoyo is trying to appeal to multiple different players. Sure right now its story minigame casual focused. But they already announced a new boss and a battle arena. Those are coming and they're right around the corner. Just try to have a little patience. That last thing you want is for them to rush out big content. You want them to take their time so that we can have quality as good as when the childe story and boss was added, or any of the other great examples of good stuff we've gotten. Development takes time and they have years of content planned. Now if your feeling bored, I would highly suggest just taking some time off and returning to the game when the good stuff is released.

  6. my say this event is more to get to know the character and it good, MTASHED got to lucky but maybe not half of us got that lucky so spiral abyss still a problem and don't be salty just yet but if the banner got to slip again like 1.3 than we can mad.

  7. You are definitely not alone in this. I started late and binged out, recently achieving AR 43 – Diluc, Hu Tao, Keqing, Wolfs Gravestone (F2P). And I wasnt having any content issues at all until suddenly BOOM! I hit a wall… And ive been so bored that I decided to reroll another account just to have the excitement of pulling new 5 stars that I don’t yet have on my main account. That’s sad that that’s the best content this game has on offer right now… Hopefully Friday brings us something worthwhile

  8. It’s completely understandable. The game is clearly well loved and an amazing experience no one expected. The problem is gaucha games are a slow burn love affair. There will be a day where there is too much stuff to do. With all the continents unlocked, likely heros and domains going into the hundreds, a story that we all know will be incredible. With these characters and world we love so much…but it’s time is what is needed. Genshin is so great and we expect so much from it but it’s just getting started. And it will take time to get to the amazing game we know it’s going to be. Don’t feel bad about being bored Mtashed. It IS boring, but that’s just for now. Give it time, with time, all good things will come.

  9. omg exactly my complaint to mihoyo: MINIGAMES!!! Like why did the make the TOWER DEFENSE a friggin minigame instead of making an arc where monsters are storming the castle and u gotta find help from the cast to help defend? Why didn't they make you go look for Albedo to help build the towers, visit ppl from Mondstadt or Liyue to request them to join your party for Tower Defense? Why was it a goddam table in Liyue THAT CLEARLY IS JUST A RANDOM MINIGAME!!! Genshin, make you story IMMERSIVE and stop with the meaningless minigames.

If the dating sim has no impact on the story, then it's not immersive and it is a random minigame. STOP RANDOM MINIGAMES.

and MAYBE i would care about getting lunch with bennett IF IT MATTERED TO THE STORY!!!!! These minigames DON'T MATTER, so I don't even care about getting lunch with ANY CHARACTER!!

  10. The whole gliding, delivery-service, balloon-shooting minigame stuff is fun for the events in-between major PvE/story content drops. At the moment, these minigames are both the in-between events AND major content drops.

  11. The majority of the community is probably not as far ahead in terms of characters fully built w/ weapons, artifacts, etc. like the youtubers or whales of the game. They’re probably taking it slow (sometimes not by choice), and these little mini games are how they spend their extra time in game. You may also have people who just enjoy the world and the story for what it is and who aren’t so invested in the combat & team building aspect of the game. Watching Genshin youtube, I sometimes forget that I for one have NOT run out of content to play at all bc my wallet is not a thic boy, not even close. And I’m definitely not the only one, so when I hear people getting upset about the “content drought”, I get it, but at the same time, I hope people remember that the majority of the community is still swimming in content and things to do. I have so many dream teams I want to build, but at the same time I love the story and quite enjoyed the change of pace these little dates brought to the table.

We also have to remember that the time it takes to develop a game like this is monumental, let alone the time it takes to produce a well oiled main story with smooth game play. I think they’re doing a great job so far, I’d hate to rush the product and have it be half as good as what it could be.
