Genshin Impact Recipe #24 / Mint Jelly

A refreshing dessert. The steps to making this are quite simple indeed, and when it slides down your throat, the faint, fresh flavor of mint will leave you feeling reinvigorated for the rest of the day.

  1. Not trying to sound disrespectful… But compared to the fish dish, this one looks like piece of cake.. I strongly adore the fish dish preparation (it was Squirrel fish or whatsoever). That fish dish made me feel like I wanted to try it..
As for this one, you could just simply buy a package of instant pudding and do it with a little adjustment…
But kudos to Chef Mar for using mint leaves instead of artificial mint flavour

  2. I wonder if you can achieve a better blue color if you steep butterfly pea flower tea in with the mint. It'll start off as purple, but turn blue once the lemon is added. It'll probably improve the flavor a lot too. Using pectin instead of gelatin may help make it more translucent. Agar agar could be used to make it more like a raindrop cake and would also help the color too.

  3. Another really nice video recipe! I stopped playing Genshin Impact (maybe I will return when they release Inazuma) but I really like your videos! I like 'em so much that I've started to upload my own video and your channel is one of my main inspirations! 😍

  4. An easy one and mint isn't a common flavour for the boxed ones. On one hand I like mint a lot but on the other hand I also like lemon and grape a lot and those are available in the cheap boxes. so I'm not sure I'll ever make this myself. Might be fun for potlucks though, when we go back to having potlucks.

  5. EDIT: Nevermind. Got it https://youtu.be/4JiXYgwJPtc?t=127 but damn I don't have a pressure cooker.
This is a long shot, I know, but do you remember if any of your Genshin recipes used Rock Sugar? I had a note to buy some and I did but now I can't find what recipes it's for and you're the most likely chef for it since my other recipes are garlic cheese fingers, tomato basil soup, and tortillas (and I doubt any of those take rock sugar)
