📖 STORY OVERVIEW & LET’S PLAY INFORMATION
The world of Teyvat is out setting and is composed of seven nations: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya. Each nation worships one of The Seven gods known as the Archons who each preside over one of the nations. Sounds like a Star Trek episode… Anyway… We follow ‘the Traveller’ as they are separated from their twin and are trapped on Teyvat. As the Traveller we go in search of our lost sister with our companion Paimon… like Navi… but more edible.
Genshin Impact is available on PS4, PS5, PC, Android, iOS & Switch. The gameplay for this playthrough will be captured at 60 FPS on the PC version to take advantage of the higher bitrate on YouTube!

I think seelie means fairy in Chinese
I've only heard about the Seelie that was on the loading screen. They used to have a bigger influence in guiding humanity, but now they only lead humans to their Seelie courts and treasure.
Well Rex Lapis certainly has arriven't.
Much to the traveler's good fortune, the adepti are more the chinese myth sort of celestial Immortal than the modern literature kind…as in, not murderhobos that cause trouble for everyone for their own cultivation.
The whole "boss lady" vs "boss" thing probably falls completely flat in english, but they're calling him 老板娘 (lǎobǎnniáng), which generally means the wife of boss (老板 lǎobǎn). She feels the need to correct it all the time because she does, in fact, actually own the inn, while her husband is just the innkeeper.
(among other things the localization also ruins Dusky Ming's hilichurl song by replacing the disturbingly dark children's song that's supposed to be there)

I think the name seelie mainly comes from them getting sealed in the little statues that you guide them to.
