Hu Tao is easily a top 3 character in the game. She has half the talents and artifacts as my Ganyu, but can do more than 3 times the amount of damage.

Only one I don’t agree with is beidoh and Xiao I have both but I would put Xiao at high A tier he’s good but he doesn’t even compare to my hutao nor my Ganyu
I have a question I am adventure rank 15 and I am on ps4 so I can’t reroll if you don’t know on ps4 you can’t reroll anyway I have no 5 star characters an I can only play on Thursday Friday Saturday is there still a chance for me to get 5 star characters and get stronger in general and spend real money as less as possible? If yes how?
Hu tao 2nd talent is almost forever and probably highest dmg .its my favourite 🙂
