I have seen only like 2 people do some Venti angst on YouTube (Ao3 is a different story) and because I love sadness in stories here it is!

Explanation: So back when Stormterror’s Lair was known as Mondstadt (about 2600 years ago), there was young bard. Venti, then known as Barbatos, was an elemental wisp. Anyways, Andrius (then known as the God of Blizzards, who is now the Wolf of the North) was blowing snow everywhere, so Decarabian (the God of Storms) decided to help his people by sealing them into his city with a wind barrier. He thought he was doing them a favor, but the people saw him as a cruel tyrant and basically started a revolution. The young boy and Barbatos obviously participated in the rebellion. But then, just as the people had won the battle, just as the nameless boy had seen the skies, he was struck by an arrow. Barbatos saw his friend die in front of him and decided to take on the form of the young boy. He lives on with a similar form as his old friend to keep the memory of the nameless bard alive. I thought that the story was neat so I decided to make an animatic!
