Various spiders seems likely due to so many webs.
Worms would be nice if they add a desert biome, but don't think it'll be here.
Maybe a new humanoid enemy will use those cocoon webs as a makeshift tent.
I'm hoping for new building options and materials.
Would be nice to have new type of ceilings and other sizes and forms for old materials.
I've got my nephew playing this and he's terrified of spiders, so this will be a fun expansion when it happens.

Certain spiders absolutely construct tubes of webbing and then hide in the back of them waiting to jump out on things. At least here in the US.
I love the mystery in this game. I hope they continue that theme where we are always wondering what could be next. It doesn't even have to be a new biome. It can be crazy raids or random monsters that are rare, or more lore.
