  1. Sounds like a standard Paradox update. Small update that does fairly little alongside a big paid DLC that actually solves problems or adds things that players really want.

  2. I think you should do a medium/low risk prison with gangs on or
    do a lower risk prisons with gangs on and on female instead off .
    Also have some grading if you do medium/low risk with gangs.
    And maybe do it with an island attached to a road because it makes more sense for an island to need to grow their own food then a regular pot of land.

  4. Lots of prisons use agriculture as a type of prison labour, especially in the US. After all, mass incarceration started as a substitute for slavery, and somebody had to pick the cotton now that there weren't any slaves

  5. I don’t think this has to be about low risk prisons. The southern US had some notorious prison farms. Louisiana and Mississippi State Penitentiaries (known as Angola and Parchman Farm) both still follow that model today and are max sec facilities.
