…it sounds like the Nocturne ult is accidentally proccing two voice-lines at the same time, which then would cause their…layering (I don't know the term) to get wonky because it's supposed to play certain sounds louder than the others and since the two lines are competing, they wind up playing at maximum volume.
I'm just guessing, though.
