We explain how to connect to your GPORTAL Valheim server:
1. Copy the IP of your server under “Settings” – “Status”.
2. Log in to Steam and open the server window via “View” – “Server
3. Go to the “Favorites” tab and click on “Add Server” – There you can enter the IP address of your server and add it to your favorites.
4. Click on “Refresh” and enter your server password.
5. Now you can start the game and join the server.

Any reason why after purchasing a server from g-portal we are coming up as 'banned' when trying to connect?
it says i have a password? any experts
I believe there was a game update today and now when we try to login it says "incompatible version". Any ideas how we fix this?
I purchased this for my friends and I, they can all connect but when i do the world is empty for 60 seconds and them im disconnected tried for 2 days cant find a solution is another server provider the only solution?
My steam client wont even recognize what game is that IP adress for..
Steam fav tab is displaying just the IP adress even tho ive set the server name etc…. and next to the IP adress (at the "game" tab) is "no response"…
Any fixes for that? i even tried restarting the server, game client, steam… nothing.. the server wont show at the ingame browser neither soo… i have that feeling.. that i paid for something that is useless… :/

Guys, if you are having problems where it says password is incorrect, there are two passwords. One for the steam server which is on the status page on gportal. The seconds is for the game which is on basic settings of Gportal.
My friend's and I already made a world. Can we use it for the dedicated server?

I can connect with this method, but only this method, and am unable to find the server via the normal in-game server selection. Any ideas?
Apparently if your server doesn't show up ingame it could be because the Valheim list is shortened to ~5000 servers, while there are like 15.000 Servers right now online and growing every day. This is a common issue with all games using the steam own server browser.
