  1. Msg 4 just took advantage of the PS3 like no other. The color palette was minimal but snakes character model had so much detail. Would love a remastered version sometime.

  2. I have like half of the games ^^ (Ascension, Ni no kuni, MGS 4, Uncharted 3 and Gta IV instead of V xD), i'd like to get FF XIII and maybe i will try Killzone franchise 😉 also i MUST get Tlou some day (my sin cuz i choose ascension in release date instead of tlou, rdr is my another sin :c)

  3. I had a problem with the disc version of GTA V on my PS3 slim. It would randomly freeze and crash the game on a regular basis (all updates were installed). Got the digital version and it works flawlessly. If you're in the market, grab this from the PS3 store while you still can.

  4. No joke I’m missing the fat 120 gb ps3. Just picked up the 20 gb for 100 bucks it’s clean it’s beautiful and there wasn’t any dust in the back and the warranty sticker is still on it. The ps3 went out in a bang. 7th gen is better then 8th gen change my mind. Let’s go !!!!!!!!

  5. I noticed that Rogue Galaxy battle music during the Ni no Kuni gameplay! I still wish Level-5 would make another Dark Cloud/ Dark Chronicle game, or at least another game with gameplay like Rogue Galaxy. Dark Cloud 2 is my favorite game of all-time, favorite soundtrack too. Come on Level-5!

  6. I'd like to add Remember Me to your list. The graphics are incredible for the platform, and they're superb proof that an Unreal Engine 3 based game could run and look awesome on the PS3. And by the way, Dead Space 3… Well, that is by far the best looking game on the system, along with The Last Of Us. Another one that deserves mention is Puppeteer. Beautiful graphics, 3D mode and virtually no load times.

  7. To this day,I'm still gonna defend FFXIII in terms of everything. Love the soundtrack (arguably the best one in series imo) , the graphics still hold up to this day and the gameplay more so the battle system is great imo. The only flaw I legit have with it is the story. Starts off strong but halfway through falls flat

  8. I really enjoyed Ni no Kuni for its graphic style and gameplay. Uncharted is my favorite saga in PS3, each new game surprised me a lot, I still need to play the last game for PS4.

  9. even though i love many games released today, the ps3/xbox360 generation had more games aimed to be enjoyed and to be sold through good gameplay rather than hampering fun with day one patches , season passes and boring gameplay-loops which encourage buying time-saving options…

  10. I didn't think Final Fantasy 13 was that impressive for a PS3 game. Oh yeah the art and cutscenes where nice but when you actually play the game after awhile it's PS2 level of detail. All the character models are very blocky.

  11. Great list! A lot of PS3 games still hold up graphically. I'd add Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time as well. For a stylized game, it looked really good.
