  1. i have run a hanful of games on 1080p low or meduim including fortnite and gtaV and others but with overclock to +350 on the.memory and the clock on MSI afterburner

I got an rtx 3070 w a ryzen 5 3600 & 16 gb ram (default not running at 3000mghz like its rated for), I have stuttering & hitches in real matches but not creative mode, I play everything low except view distance (thats on near), I play dx11 b/c I heard dx12 & performance mode ruined fps etc… not sure how true it is, I also have dlss on performance mode, so why am I stuttering/hitching? I even have ethernet so its not lag.
