You can access the island in free mode.
You have to have completed the hiest and there is an option to go there at the airport but you can only visit the party.

Fun Fact: If you did the heist, the fast travel price will be 2k. Which can save you 8k!

Kinda disappointed that there's not much unique vehicles compared to the casino heist updates. Of course, quality exceeds quantity (Kostaka and Toreador is a cool "must have" at this point) but overpriced old vehicles taking up more than half of the line-ups ain't that much fascinating…

I mean really. The Longfin, $2mill for THAT? Just for a speedboat. If they think we will buy their stupid shark cards for a extremley overpriced speedboat that has no special properties or features. They really are getting desperatley greedy. Compare the prices in Singleplayer to Online. What's next, an old WW2 tank for 5mill. I mean they are pricing a Winky for 1.1 mill.
