Online load times not comparable because of the different player amounts and connection speeds, so 5-2 for the Xbox.

And these are the loading times before the expanded and enhanced update with the optimizations.. Performance and visuals wise this game will be frickin awesome in a few months with 60+ fps, 1080p-4k also on console and RDR2 graphics
