the camera complaint seems very straightforward, the gruppe cameras are obviously just the ones that are interactable. i don't think they thought that much about it, seems very nit picky

If you go into first person inside of a car and press on the handbrake, there’s a little light on the dashboard that comes on to let you know that the handbrake is on.
I'd say that the volley ball should pop. It's strong but I really doubt it could support a car lol

Vehicle modeling details are wildly inconsistent with some unique textures, other repeating textures, etc… Particularly bothersome is some engine parts on vehicles don't spin when they should, or spin, but the attached part doesn't move with it like it should. (Example: some engine pulleys don't rotate as they should, and if shown doing so, some of the belts aren't shown moving on certain vehicle engines.)

In the "NOOSE agents used instead of FIB agents" part is wrong in MY opinion, lester mentions in the mission that all departments are responding to the FIB raid so that would be including NOOSE, FIB, IAA, SAHP, LSPD, BCSO. So not just FIB was responding, that's why you seen NOOSE.
For the helicopter one cut them some slack your not supposed to be able to get up close to it
