Personally I disagreed on these vehicles:
– Stormberg : It has better protection as the roof is solid. This can be noticed when you are doing explosive setup for Casino Heist that you have to dive underwater.
– Oppressor Mk. I : Different purpose entirely (Stunt vs. No brainer)
– Luxor Deluxe : Why not include Swift Deluxe too?
Armored Vehicle: I agree
Stromberg: If it goes to discount, I absolutely will buy it, though I have Toreador
Rhino Tank: My goal is having all Pegasus vehicles
Oppressor MK1: Totally disagree. Its boost is renewable and much faster. I mostly do Business battles with it, once collected all 8 packages by myself.
Rocket Voltic: I would like to see all special vehicles together, and yes, I have that one
The mk1 actually is faster and more fun than the mk2. It's far from obsolete as it's still good at what it does, without being overpowered. You can also shoot straight down with it, unlike in the mk2. This helps when you're using it against and explosive sniper user. It's also far less controversial and well known. Not to forget it's harder to take you out from a mk1 than an mk2, and how it's missiles are easier to aim without homing, making it effective against lock on jammer cars.
And technically, the mk2 is also obsolete, and has been since before it was released, due to the thruster being better than it at everything except missile fire rate, while still being quite unknown to many, which means people will leave you in peace when you're in it.
The armored vehicles also weren't that obsolete since very recently, because of rockstar having to give everyone a returning player bonus, which included the free duke o death, due to them closing old gen servers and losing the data of who played in them and who didn't.
The ruiner 2000 is overpriced, however, it has not only the awesome parachute, and is not only based off of the one and only K.I.T.T, but also gives you access to a ceo and vip work that gives you limited access to the fully loaded ruiner 2000, the best vehicle in game to fight weaponised vehicles, as it blows up with 70 homing rockets, can jump and has an unlimited amount of the best missiles in the game, that you could break a bone every time it misses it's target and still break less bones in your lifetime than most people.
And the barrage is just straight-up FUN.
The only advantage the rhino has ober the khanjali is that you can use the barrel as a weapon, as you can launch things with it.
Perfectly good reasons why some of this is not a very good opinion and the fellowing is straight up facts- armored versions may be cheap but not that great is true but there is one that is, Shafter V13 armored may not have to beat of armor but it does have a great exhaust sound that matches the v12 in its name and the fact that is cheap would make it good for role plays if you play console like I do, I may role play once in a blue moon but even tho I own several better vehicles and have 6.3 mill I still use it for that. And now the oppressor mk1, it’s way better than the mk2 for several reasons. It actually takes skill unlike the mk2. You don’t look like a pussy using the mk1. The mk2 is a Major prob that makes gta dry at times. I can’t even make my friends realize they are bad Pilots by taking out their hydras with my ah-1 hunter because some kid shows up with a mk2 like an rko outta no where for no reason. The mk1 is a balanced and fun bike unlike the mk2 which is overpowered as it’s near impossible to take them out with anything other than a mk2 or a up&atomizer. And the Rhino take is also a good purchase for you and friends because it’s a Pegasus vehicle so you&friends can use a personal weaponized vehicle while have rhino take so those who don’t own a tank,apc,Anti aircraft,ECT.. can use something and there is strength in numbers while you have fun messing up a session, doing stand your ground or cargo-bob them to your/friends Battleship colored yacht turning it into a Navy Destroyer for almost guaranteed success at piracy prevention with all that heavy artillery. And last but not least the ruiner2k, sure it’s a bit overpriced but every update is full of over priced stuff but that car has a mf’ing parachute! Not to mention the boost jump and of course missiles,mg and that well known long red light on the front which the car is obviously heavily based of K.I.T.T from that 80’s show called Knight Rider. Down side to that car is you have to have to vehicle warehouse but that makes you money tho. The car is worth it only if you have the spending money to do so or if you really want it.
Stromberg still has the best machine guns of any car.
I'm a bit tired of seeing people always saying the same things in comments :

Buy yourself a Toreador (or Stromberg if you want to be original) and you will be able to kill 75% of the MK2 griefers by pressing one button (especialy if you wait the MK2 to fly in front of you, don't come to him)….
Rhino is not that useless its cannon can be used to do sick flips to dodge stuff if you smack it against a poll or fence.
Stormberg has better bullet protection as toreador exposes alot (glasses)
Mk1 doesn't have the 5 mins cool down. When u cant spawn mk2, this boy can save ur life
the reason to buy ruiner is its mission. U take super armored ruiner for 30 min

I’d say the rhino tank is actually quite good
The Stromberg may be inferior to the Toreador, but it's definitely the better looking and better driving car of the two. I also bought it at discount.
The Rocket Voltic I got at 50% discount so no real complaints there (iirc owning it also unlocks that easy Securoserv mission, 10 minutes for 35 grand)
I got the Ruiner 2000 at like 40% discount and I'm still unhappy with it (why does it have such an obscenely high repair bill for dents and dings?) The only reason I bought the damned thing was because I'm old enough to actually remember when "Knight Rider" was one of my favorite shows growing up…
I think the vast majority of folks who bought the Rhino bought it during the PS3 days like me when it was top shelf and there wasn't much else to choose from…
Even though I've got money to burn now, I haven't ever looked in the direction of the Luxor Deluxe. I'm only buying that when it has a 90% discount and I'm bored.
I disagree with the Oppressor MK1 being obsolete, it's much better when it comes to combat and it actually requires skill, unlike the MK2 which is a child's overpowered toy, the MK1 is pretty fun to use too.

Id still buy the Stromberg cuz im a car guy, but yea the Toreador just smashes the conpetition wide open
