I can assure you, if someone pointed a gun directly at my face, I wouldn't be running, I'd most likely freeze up out of shock. The stupidest thing to do would be to run, that gives them ample opportunity to shoot you. Whereas, if I had stayed still, they'd probably mug me and take my wallet or something. I'd prefer losing my wallet over losing my life, thanks.
Cyberpunk just points the gun at the person silently but then you have gta and franklin saying "and people say i'm a disgrace to society" and then "blast on me then bitches" 😂
Some people said how the npc doesn’t run away immediately is worst compared to gta V but I just feel more powerful when I can hold someone at gun point tho😂

In a cyberpunk setting I guess it makes more sense to see someone running with a gun, hence the lack of panic 😂
