I dont know about other countries but, In the iranian gpu market, you can pay like 10% more and get a 1650 or 1650 super, and you get a lot more than 10% performance
The game's got a LONG way to go before it's polished enough and acceptably optimised. What we're seeing atm is right away outrageous, runs like shit even on above decent hardware, for no reason too.

Dude, the game is still in early access and isn't optimized for any GPU. Even a 3090 barely gets 80 FPS because this game isn't finished yet.
