Task Requirements:
*Must be level 17 to start this Task

Task Objectives:
-Modify DVL-10 to comply with the required specification:
*23 or greater ergonomics
*400 or less recoil
*2,000 or greater sighting range
*6.6 kg or less in weight
*Any tactical device

Task Rewards:
*+13,900 EXP
*Mechanic Rep +0.06
*200,000 Roubles (without Intelligence Center)
*210,000 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
*230,000 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
