Chinese players just use apps to ping the server and stuff so u can see them until the server updates it’s not like the pc versions server side data
I have met that dude, coming everywhere, running too fast, high attack, high defense, and also could see me far away hiden in the ambush. They used cheating plugins.
I just had a fizz who would kill me in one hit and not take any damage and no he wasn't using his escape either during the damage. He disappeared into the bushes to the right of mid only to reappear on the left side like 2 seconds later, strangest aspect of it.

Cheat Unfortunately, it is not an isolated case, even one with Lucian with 30: 0 could kill everyone on the platform
You can report them easy and they will take care about him later , alot of hacks around nowadays
