Halo Infinite Not Coming to Xbox One?

In a recent Linkedin update by Halo Infinite UI lead, Chad Mirshak, Halo Infinite makes no mention of an Xbox One port. This is likely a mistake that could be explained by forgetting to include the Xbox One version in the update or perhaps the Xbox One version has a different UI altogether. However, there is a small possibility that Halo Infinite has ceased production for the Xbox One.

  3. honestly, wasn't this already clarified in a tweet by the community manager. They specifically said EVERY console so it's fine- and honestly given the current situation where everyone can't afford or get their hands on the latest Xbox

    Saying Cancel it is actually quite selfish. Like yeah, you got yours- but what about everyone else? Doesn't that seem a bit unfair? i had only just gotten my Xbox one X this summer and i really wanted to play infinate- perhaps we should learn from what happened with cyberpunk and give the devs time? Plus they are going to do it for PC as well- it only makes sense

    This is just my 2 cents tho

    Plus there's more proof it isn't- going onto the Microsoft store and then checking out Halo Infinate it STILL says coming out on the series X/S, Xbox ONE and the Windows 10 PCs. If it was cancelled don't you think they would've changed at least that?

  5. I'm actually going to switch my Xbox one s for an Xbox series x when ever it's available to geet! Iit ssuuckss that I can't get the Console because of hhiigh demand, sculptures, and nnoot enough Xbox series X's, buut I'm willing to wwaait, because II nneed too geet thiiss Console at a retail price ssoo thaat II doonn't overpaayy! I'm really excited for the Xbox series X, and I can't wwiiat to get iit when the time comes!😃

  6. I bet they weren’t going to do this until they saw cyberpunk. We’re like “aw gamers won’t notice the difference, *sees cdproject reds stock plummeting*, what I meant to say is we owe our customer the best version of our game possible and the xbone does not reach this BRAVE vision of ours that we totally did not 180 on…”

  11. Well it’s also coming to pc, and if they built it initially for the Xbox one it should be ok. Worst case scenario the multiplayer or campaign won’t have cross play across the two Xbox generations. That’s my take, if worst comes to worse

  15. I can't see them dropping the game 100% on the Xbox One. The multiplayer can probably run on the Xbox One with worse graphics and less FPS (remember that Halo 5 runs on 60fps on the Xbox One). The campaign might be only through xCloud, which imo is a good move

  17. It would be a good move let's face it you have to upgrade by the time this comes next November there should be enough Series consoles at retail don't hold up my Halo cause of the One owners

  20. Honestly this is getting pretty dangerous for 343 with the delay and if this is true the cancelation of last gen support people are rlly going to expect this game to both run and look great as well as tell a compelling story

    There is just no excuses anymore they got their delay, and they got their powerful hardware now it’s just all up to them to make a great game

  26. I was gonna say before I saw the pinned comment. Don't look up randoms that claims they know everything that gives you false info. Wait until a official member by 343 post halo infinite juicy news. As well still gotta go through most of this year of 2021 of doing halo insider in halo infinite all the way up till like release date. Which is like a beta but not really but better to my honest opinion.
