  2. I'd be happy to be surprised if Infinite is good! But right now I am not getting my hopes up.

If it is good I will buy a Series S or Series X to play it and to play my GamePass Games 🙂

  3. Now watching Cyberpunk's launch, I can't really expect delay after delay to result in a perfect product. I do expect there to be a day one patch with some random bugs. So long as the game isn't unplayable, that's all I care about.

  4. Yknow I subbed for titanfall, but have recently gotten back into halo after seeing those screenshots. I havent played since Halo 3! Very glad u have lots of halo content

  5. A game delayed for the right reasons is almost always worth the wait. If they are in fact content complete and can spend the year polishing then I believe we could quite possibly receive a GOTY contender. I like this move. Especially when the trend is to "ship it then fix it".

  6. Good job BBK, given they've announced that Infinite should be a ten-year project, I think even if the release isnt great that it can still do a Destiny 2 and come back to life. That said, the year delay should hopefully even eradicate that! I'm very optimistic once those two aspects are combined.

  7. I mean even if the release is further than i might have selfishly wanted, it doesn’t mean that infinite wont be around before fall. They teased flighting and I’m sure the marketing will be full of stuff to keep us busy.

  8. i was thrilled that Halo Infinite got delayed, clearly the game had a few bug issues when we saw real game footage and I was pessimistic that the game would be ready by the series x's launch, now that it'll be many months before it's out they'll hopefully be much better prepared for launch by now. and im not upset at all about the armour coating thing, D2 lets you get damn near all the armour coatings totally for free and little grinding so all the backlash about armour coatings was i think totally unwarrented, if they do it with even a small level of decency

  9. Why is everyone comparing the new armors to H3 anyway? The one with a red visor looks like the Defender helmet(H5) and Reach armor. The one running has a similar helmet as Air Assault(H5) and Ranger armor(H5). The scorpion punch helmet is like the Jumpmaster(H5) without the stupid torpedo forehead and Soldier armor(H5). Lastly the green visor spartan helmet looks like a cross between Centurion(H5) and Void Dancer(H5) with Reach armor… Literally NOTHING about these Spartans looks or feels like anything in H3. AT ALL. Halo 5 was sick and H3 armors were SH*T. The campaign though.. absolutely phenomenal

  10. After listening to the first 5 minutes.. I've concluded I don't like hearing reactions of people. I almost all the time hate what people have to say about Halo 4 or 5. I don't hate 343 for taking it a different route. I applaud them. I don't think people will be happy with what Halo Infinite is and has to offer for all players including the ones who are entirely new to the universe. I personally think it'll be sort of a WoW Shadowlands experience where EVERY player can jump in and get up to speed with things. People don't agree or don't even like the sound of that but I see many signals that are almost signs of these things being certain.

  11. I just want it to be good, man. This is 343's last chance to show us that they know what makes a Halo game a Halo game. The screenshots look promising but until I see some multiplayer gameplay in a "close to final" build, my expectations are lower than a snake's belly.

  12. I hate when devs use seasons as release dates…fun fact, there's two hemispheres that have different seasons. Using q1-4 is significantly better and more informative.

Also mcc is dead in Australia, can't find any games unless I search in America but makes it's borderline unplayable, was hoping xplay would help but apparently not

  13. Armor coatings have the potential to cost $5 dollars. Who gives a crap about microtransactions when I can get the FULL multiplayer for FREE? $60 vs $5. These are coatings made by professional artist who can make combinations probably 10x better than I could ever do anyways.

  14. Let’s face it, it’s a halo game… all the halo fans are gonna buy it and play it for hours and hours upon end.. but if it’s bad they’ll complain. I myself fall in this stereotype.

  15. Hey, you mentioned Halo MMC was in a good place.

I've tried playing it on xbox S but can't get a game through matchmaking, i've waited longer than 20 minutes at times.

My relays is set to off, regions full and using a wired connection.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    PLEASE

  16. I hope they take micro transactions more like the recent operations of Gears 5 (emphasis on recent) with a mix of how Reach did theirs. Armor coatings, emotes, announcement packs, and armor customization is all unlocked in a purchase kind of method. You can save up for things you want while you grind special events for holiday events for exclusive unlocks, with a new/legacy unlocks for unlocking achievements either in Halo infinite or the MCC.

Armor coatings actually don't seem like a bad thing, its just another word for skins really, I think as long as we have a health way of getting the default combination of colors people want. Lets say they have available every armor combination in the previous games and each one cost 1-2 slayers match's worth of in game currency, people will be peeved to not have those at for free but will stop complaining when after 10 games they have enough currency to purchase the 'winter' camo armor coating which would never have been possible in previous games. And then they save up and after 50 matches they buy the 'galaxy' armor coating but they play through the Christmas event which awards the 'Christmas tree' armor coating that looks sick on the sniper. You get my point.

I know some people were getting upset at the idea of Jorge's armor coating being locked behind a pay wall and I do think the problem comes when people feel their nostalgic feeling are being played with. A better suggestion is make that a legacy unlock for completing Reach on solo Legendary.
