Why didn't my notifications work? Does anybody know?

This video didn't show up in my notifications, and I have them on for you
After watching most of Pestily's hardcore videos i come to the conclusion that he is a really good Tarkov player but quite a bad Hardcore player. He really doesn't have the knowledge of barter trades and mission rewards required. He barely uses them and then complains that he is out of guns, rigs and armors. Also never knows what to actually look for in a raid.
Don't get me wrong it is very amusing but frustrating at times.
An idea: PMCs should be able to turn the power off on interchange. xD

Weird there’s rarely any problems on NA servers at all. Only for east i just lag a lot. West NA servers good
