  1. I really did enjoy this game it definitely was a game that I'm glad that it's exclusive for Xbox and all that. But I've got to say Pizza Tower really took it for me hopefully this man plays it to see the tight controls and the overall game being very nice to handle!

  2. The whole note of this feeling like a GameCube game is so accurate, it's got that experimental charm I love about a lot of more niche games from the 6th generation (Guitaroo Man, another rhythm game, comes to mind) that's sorely missed right now

  3. Ah, that jab at the end.

    Hi-Fi Rush $30
    Legend of Zelda TOTK $70

I actually felt that and had to think, games do seem to creep toward it now. But not as often as i been looking mostly at some other nice Indie titles that been popping up recently.

  4. I must be the only person on the planet that has had these problems with this game, but I SWEAR the rhythm puzzles have audio and video desync. And watching your clip of Korsica putting out the firewall kinda just makes me mad because anytime I try those puzzles the indicator stops for a solid half beat when pointing right and your clip ran smoothly through. And then I have like somewhere around a full minute desync between audio and video on cutscenes… My PC is beefy too so it's not like I'm trying to run this on a potato (RTX3090, Ryzen 9 5900X, 64GB DDR4)
In the main parts of the game (combat and platforming) it feels smooth, but I just can't get a grip on the rhythm because I feel like the game is broken and I'm needing to hit early or late and it is never the same…. I want to love this game but not being able to learn to hit on beat properly is making post game content impossible.

  5. A lot of people are calling this game the "better No Straight Roads" but honestly? Both are really good in different ways and there's no need to pit them against each other. We should be demanding MORE aesthetically-driven action-rhythm passion project games, they are such a treat

  6. here it mentions the saints

    Revelation 12:17

    (King James Version)

17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

  7. To be fair, a lack of advertising can be dangerous for a game, i remember dirty bomb had nearly no marketing, and despite Being a really fun and competitive game, player counts even at launch where barely passable , and while more joined shortly after, the numbers where not healthy enough for longevity, New players either saw thers play or found the game by accident, now it had to be abbandoned, its completely free but its basically a skeleton of a game now which is a shame, and while ho fi rush is not a live service game its still a risk to the ip in the long run by having little marketing
