So , I "know" an Easter egg ,but I haven't seen anyone talk about it or mention it somewhere, so in Mario Maker 2 for the Nintendo switch , they added a koopa troopa kart that can be used to drive in , when Mario gets close to the koopa troopa, he jumps up with hes back feet , I think that is very similar to what koopa troopa does in some art work for the 1st Super Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo

I just watched your "20 INSANE Hidden Details In Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War" video and I would like to add a cool detail I found while playing. In multiplayer if you and a enemy call in a Air Patrol at the same time the Air Patrols will have a dog fight in the air. I recommend going into a private game of Cold War with a friend and you both call in a Spy Planes then call in both of your Air Patrols.

Cyberpunk was a reference to wat happened earlier on in the game
Half-Life 2 & Bioshock also have cool item looting details. Disintegrated enemies in Half-Life 2 don't drop items.
In Bioshock, you can use telekinesis to throw any object that's light enough & hurt enemies with it even if it's an item but bottled items like alcohol will shatter when you do it so you miss out on the item. If you use Incinerate to set a bottle of alcohol on fire & then use telekinesis to launch it, it functions as a molotov cocktail.
I noticed that the cat moved as well when I was replaying cyberpunk 2077 and I think it probably was a pretty good reference to the matrix imo

I don't know weather you've covered this detail or not but in Seige hostages will cough if you throw a smoke grenade near them
So I got one for RDR2 that a lot of people miss..if you hunt around The Elysium Lake you will find that every animal has mange, as well as the legendary fish is more or less "undead" in single player..considering Elysium comes from the Greek mythos as part of the underworld, its neat that they included that detail

You should look into Unfortunate Spaceman. It's free and has great Easter eggs in the tutorial and main game.
The water is all orange in annesburg so the fish there are poisoned as well
The heckler & Koch m416 has three red live rounds representing full auto one live round representing semi-auto and a white crossed out round as safe. Edit make that a red indicator with a red 30 next to the full auto option.

Wwr 2k19: if you wrestle at the arena in mexico unlocked through the story mode. Youll notice theres no pyro. They included this because mexico has a ban on fireworks and explosives. Nice touch

While playing the 2k tower called all fed up, you can hear commentators say the line from shaun of the dead "hey you got a little red on you" also at the end, sheamus refs shaun again by saying "lets go to the pub, grab a pint, and wait for all this to blow over" im also certain his attire in the game mode is a ref to shauns outfit
