Another detail for TF2 is with the spycrab. When you switch team colors the spycrab will have a different cigarette. On Red you will have a normal white looking one and on Blu you will have a cigar (Same goes with the spycrab)

On House Flipper there is a pink house on an island which is the house from DragonBallZ and also around the map there are balls from the show that can be put into a little tray inside the house, once you have all of the balls in the tray you can turn the game to night or to morning

Apex Legends new bow has 2 details I thought were pretty neat. For one, when you equip the "Shatter Cap" hopup, when you switch between single arrow and the hip hopup, it changes the arrows color. The other detail isn't as neat but when aiming down sights with the bow, the characters hand is resting but when the arrow is pulled it actually tenses up.
