the fact that reflections on the ground looked amazing also on Low settings is a good sign
supersampling is 2x thats why hes getting low fps
the fps is unbelievably low.
Bts if super sampling is 1 its double fps
You must get 90/100fps on Ultra with the 2070 Super. Review the config, drivers, Nvidia Control Panel….
Turn off super sampling, it tanks your frame rate without any noticeable improvement.
