The servers aren't working on this game right now, after you transfer the accounts you can't connect anymore, so annoying, it worked for about 1 day and a half and now is says "failed to connect"

My view:
I really don't like it that much. It feels a lot more on rails than the previous two games and the story gets worse and worse. Tbh, I almost regret getting it immediately and I think I should have waited a bit to get it cheaper.

I thought we had to kill all the agents, but it seems that you only need to kill 1-2 agents during the evacuation. My method is to eliminate 4 agents first, then disguise as club owner and call Agent Montgomery for a meeting. They will all be in the room, just finish them all.

Another trick is to subdue, not kill, 3 targets prior to eliminating all 5, hiding them somewhere they won't be found. Then once the Evac is called, you can leisurely stroll around to your unconscious targets and kill them.
I pacified the one in the grow house and left him like that until the evacuation order, then came back and snapped his neck
My experience has been pretty miserable so far, I was able to carryover my progress after almost a full day of waiting and played the first mission. The following morning I was able to go through the rest of the Hitman 3 missions very quickly, at which point my game failed to connect to online and hasn’t been able to connect to only since (2 full days). Which wouldn’t be all that bad except it means I can’t progress at all.
how did you start the mission with all targets revealed?
I wanted to turn this into a silent assassin suit only run, where I take out all 11 agents, for some reason if the agents are incapacitated prior to the evacuation order, they no longer count as targets, so I ended up with several non-target kills, on targets. I guess that would leave physically intercepting the remaining 6 agents to clear them all, that won't feel very stealthy though.
