This Hitman 3 game guide video shows how to poison Agent Swan in the Juice Bar in the Berlin level. It may allow you to eliminate him easily and without detection.
You can start in the main area of the club. Go to the small building at the back of the Chill Out Bar to collect a bartender disguise and an emetic rat poison.
Now go to the west from the Juice Bar and climb the container. Once you’re behind the bar dismiss the previous bartender. Wait for Agent Swan to get close, poison the drink and call out to him to serve him the drink. Once he’s been poisoned go through the container and follow Agent Swan to the toilets. You can drown him in the toilet.
