How to complete the “Mile High Drop” Challenge in Dubai in Hitman 3.
We need to kill both of them while they are skydiving.
– First get the Evacuation Keycard from the Safe in the Security Room (3F),
also pick up the gun from the guard.
– Then get a crowbar from the hallway below (to open shortcuts to make this easier).
– Open the two ladder shortcuts on the 4th Floor.
– Activate the two panels on floor 4 & 5 by using the Evacuation Keycard.
– Go down to the Helipad and wait for both targets to arrive.
– When they leave climb up to the position just below the 4th Floor Balcony.
– Shoot them when they jump.

I think you can sabotage the two skydiving suits with a knife. there right next to the first card swipe.
