You can get the secret ending of HITMAN 3 by injecting the serum in yourself instead of the target.

wow finally here at hitman 2021, I remember getting so good at contracts that I could speed run it lol,using your strats really helped me learn the map layout and mission possibilities. Hell yea good content man this is the best play though
