Best mission in this game, also if you don’t start at the train station(the default starting location) you only have to kill the targets so you can spawn at the walkway in your suit hacking the core will be optional
I think you picked up level 3 dongle off of Royce's body when you get her in the core chamber

47 has incredible arm strength, just look at that grip!
you can find the tier 3 dongle in a room next security room where you can delete the evidence and you also have silenced weapons nearby the tier 3 dongle
If you start with the default location, you have to do all the objectives.
