Not fully F2P, but I have dropped only like 200 dollars since the game released, so compared to whales I am just a shrimp, but I have Venti and all the 5 star characters I want except for Zhong li (missing Klee, Childe, Albedo, Xiao but not interested in any of them), I have all the 4 stars and I have 5 of them at C6. The upcoming banners are really quite weak for me.
The Childe banner has Rosario, who I'll definitely roll for (at least c0), but other than that I think I'll just save up for future characters (I NEED Ayaka in my pokedex).
I think that people who're in a similar position, don't care for Childe, already have Venti, etc, should just save up for future/new characters.
