After further review it does appear his comment was from a hypothetical stand point. With that said, I still believe the timeframe is still the same based on the 3 reasons in the video. I'm just as hyped as everyone else here and was just excited.

I love how a company of three people have created a franchise of quality that cyberpunk only wishes it could be. I love it when a game like this comes out cuz it just puts the copy and paste Shooters to shame. Creating a game is supposed to be full of creativity and heart as opposed to just ripping each other off with the same Call of Duty style shooter with high graphics. High graphics do not make a game good…. passion, creativity, ambition, heart, combat system and not doing it solely for money make a good game and silk song not only has good graphics but it's probably going to be one of the best games ever created as a sequel to one of if not the best game already created!

I was searching about silksong because I really want to play that game and that made me think… What makes me so excited and hyped about this game after so much time I've been waiting? And not just me the whole community. Most people don't really lose their excitement about the game even after waiting so long… But why is that? And I remembered… Playing games is really entertaining and my biggest problem in my life is how I'm always so bored and I try finding stuff that are entertaining and some times to distract me from some things that are happening. So I can always play another one right? Why am I SO excited about this SPECIFIC game? The answer came in seconds. I just remembered how I felt when I was playing hollow knight. When I was playing I just forgot about anything for that 1-2 months. I was in quarantine but hk managed to keep my boredom away COMPLETELY and I even forgot about all the stuff that is happening I actually felt excited wondering what it's going to happen next or thinking of what will be my next accomplishment so I was actually calm finally… I felt free? I haven't felt this was since I was 8 years old. It made me have a COMPLETELY clear mind and it kept me from being bored at the same time. No other game has ever managed to make me feel this way. And that's why I'm so excited because I'm seeking that feeling in my life. I feel grateful for that gift. Thank you team cherry. Also it made me think how these geezers are trying to show games and anime are bad but in the end they are today's best teenagers friends. They are actually what's keeping us alive from the mess they caused lol f*ck them. Thanks to everyone that actually read my comment! Correct me if I'm wrong please, but I believe that Witcher 3 was developed by only 3 people as well. Look at how well done that game was. It comes to no surprise to me, to see what appears to be a quality game like Silksong, to be developed by 3 people. Sometimes when you get too many hands and brains involved, the production can go south (Red Dead 2 and Cyberpunk for example)
