This collab sure feet PGR too well because Nier Automata has always been his inspiration. Even lore wise you can feel it. Before I played PGR I used to think It was just a copy of Honkai Impact 3, but I was so wrong It's more complex and diversify. I hope the game reach global soon.
Has there been any news on a global release
This game will not make it in the Global market. Genshin Impact pretty much rules the scene right now. Also their other IP, Honkai Impact, is still relevant which Punishing Gray Raven is copying off of.
I really think if they can just add devola and popola in here as the collab too. But it looks like will never happen.
Some ppl now also hope if this game called Punishing: Gray Raven can make a collab with DMC but lmao, don't know the dev will have that far…

To the folks playing JP currently and Global down the line, go after your favorites, but I recommend getting Alpha (banner is out now) then saving for the Nier collab. Thank God! 2B is the only gacha unit while 9S and A2 still look good as free units

Slight update? I assume. I played CN server and here the before update announcement.
1.) 9S will be free along with his new coating when you sign in for the event for 14 days
2) A2 need to exchange via event reward. There will be a event currency where you can exchange A2 shard (50 pieces only), her coating perhaps also need to obtain via exchange.
3.) 2B gacha banners will only appears on February 4 (if not mistaken). Fully on gacha.
4.) A2 and 9S banner will appear on Jan 8, not after the update maintenance complete. (If not mistaken)
5.) There's no news, cause I can't find it written on the announcement that collaboration characters shards will appear in endless cage shop. If no, then the only probably way to rank up all these collaboration character is via a lot of gacha pull.
6 ) All collab banners is independent, meaning it won't share the chance with other banners. Like the first banner where if you roll 60 times and confirm get a S rank char. The first banner won't share rate with nier banner meaning you need to start from 0 and probably only get S rank char on 60 pull, if your luck is low.
7) Weapon banner will appear in correspond to each collaboration banner appear. 9S and A2 weapon will come first then 2b weapon banner. And it also unsure whether collaboration weapon can also be exchange or obtainable again in the future.
8.) Any unused collaboration ticket will be auto exchange 1:1 into corresponding gacha ticket.
9.) A2 9S banner start from Jan 8 to March 4. 2b banner start from Feb 4 to March 4. Their weapon also share the same period.

I was already excited about the full on Nier Automata movesets, then that spear girl at the end stole the show for me. Wish Honkai Impact was as interesting as this game, it’s been pretty dead lately, in terms of my taste in content and movesets. I don’t think I can commit to another gacha game though.
