Here are my honest opinions on the new season after a week and the hype has died down a little. Is it good, did it live up to expectations, will it continue to survive this season or be a total bust? Let me know your thoughts below.

Idk the sbmm this season seems to be a lot easier.
The hackers on pc are very small? I haven't ran into one since season 5

I can’t believe the audio is still like this that should be main priority. It’s crazy having a full team pull up and only notice when u see them also the mute gibby ult is broken and that horizon ult bug mid fight audio going in and out.
pros:
new map is good
cars are actually a great way for rotations and high kills (even though they need some adjustments with damage)
new legend is actually awesome and thrives on this map
cons:
hemlock still OP
g7 still OP
audio is somehow worse?
same old re-shaded skins we've had for a year
horizons ult breaks audio occasionally
loot is incredibly spread out in some areas
Server issue is also in pc, and sometimes sounds completely down
Personally not had any server issues this season, but guess I am playing on pc
This season reminds me of how good Kings Canyon is. I wish they'd bring it back into rotation.
I would also like to point out that there are countless invisible walls and out of bounds glitches. There have been a couple times where I ran into an invisible wall (for example, there's one on Hydroponics by a box in the lower right corner of the map), and there's a glitch where you can throw Loba's bracelet on certain doors and stay inside of walls allowing you to shoot people but not allowing them to shoot back. There have also been reports of certain character specific voice lines not working and the game crashing as a result. The map looks amazing but I agree with some other people, there's too little cover to stay behind and long range weapons are just annoying to go against, even with high ground advantage.

I would say an 8 or 9/10 because the only problem I am having, at least on Xbox is just audio where I can't hear a team come up behind me and Xbox mics in game chat being really low. And I only had a server issue once but was right away able to play again. I could just be very lucky but I am loving this season.
In that case I feel bad for my squad cause while they were driving a trident I threw a gravity lift right below them and I’m just gonna assume that they couldn’t here anything for the rest of the match. Sorry team!
OMG the d dosing ok xbox makes me soo annoyed. It's really annoying.
I really dislike this season so far. I mean at the start it was heaven, like it was so damn easy. But the second I got a 10 kill game, I shot up to predator players and masters players, super annoying, IM ONLY GOLD
Season 7 is not so good but not so bad but matchmaking kinda annoying like
I die in a match (trios) whit bad or good teammates and next game i only have 1 teammate every time like duos but in trios and then when i play duos its always rage quitting people
Ive felt like ive been 3rd partied more on Olympus then Kings Canyon and that could be because my buddy and I would land on Repusor side of the map compared to the smaller side where Skull Town and Thunderdome used to be.
Im lovin Horizon one of my favorites I think her ultimate ether needs to have a greater succ or it needs to do damage.

The guns are pretty bad you can’t even get a kill with a full clip and there’s no solo so I’m always knocking players and not getting the kill super annoying

I’m sorry, but wtf are u talking about with the glitches and audio bugs? I get the audio isn’t the greatest by any means, but it’s been that way since launch. I think you’re being extremely dramatic with your claims that glitches are overshadowing this seasons success. I run into maybe 1 of these glitches every 100 matches

watching your videos only makes me hate this game more. been playing since season 5 and i cant even beat a wraith because of 3rd partys, hitboxs, terrible loot pools, weapons like the tripple take, spitfire, volt. characteres like Gibby and caustic taking more damage for no reason. 15 is took much in my opinion. i only get one battle pass star for winning a game like at this point its not even worth it anymore. newer players just get to feed older players and theres nothing we can do about it.

season 6 and 7 imo are kinda trash and i hate the game again
i only play apex at least once every 2 months
and no im not a fortnite fanboy
also too much third parties and sweats
i now mostly play state of decay 2, borderlands 3, minecraft, and other games
Pretty new to apex, but I hated the map this season. Way too flat, snipers had way too much of an advantage over other guns, looking forward to the new king's canyon though!
Just saw this video and season 7 is so bad right now I play with 15-80k preds every game it is so hard to play diamond ranked is easier then pubs and horizon has took over apex every team has one and she is so easy to use and yet so strong apex says pathfinder is hard to hit so they give him low profile but yet u can’t hit a single shot when horizon is inside her tactical until season 8 I just quit playing this game
