People just pick what is most fun and forgiving, and Octane fits that pretty well compared to Horizon that requires a little more skill. Does it mean Octane needs a little nerf to bring his pickrate down, or Horizon buffed some more? Hmm, meta-wise something needs to change, it's stagnant for the game seeing the same legends every season in ranked.
I love horizon. Mained her since her launch. Took a step back during season 9 for a bit in the beginning. But picked her back up towards the middle of season 9. Her entire kit can be used offensively or defensively
