Tldr for laners: don't help your jungle with scuttle anymore, but push up mindlessly so your jungle doesn't soak your exp.
This changes actually helps me because i only kill the scuttle crab for the vision. Now that it doesn't give enough exp for me i can commit to other choices that i couldn't choose beofre.
Stop Riot's abuse of junglers
I would do 6 and then crab. If the enemy jungler did the first crab on one side, you can do on the other side for 100% exp
Me who plays only warwick being forced to skip raptors and krugs before i buy tiamat or bami
(Unless i wanna lose 3 minutes doing each one of those with 0 aoe in my kit)
i think what you should learn from this is that no matter the season, you should always try to adapt to the situation, there is no cookie cutter secret formula thats always the best, your clear should adapt depending on the champ you play, what your against, what your teammates champs are and how the lane states are.

I just full clear at 3:10 and double scuttle every game as udyr then gank or invade with level lead. Back and full clear and invade. I’m now high plat and climbing.
Yooo this guy undersold the power of Red -> Raptors -> Grump. If you do the fast lvl 3 and thereses no gank, take blue. if theres still no gank take wolves. still no gank take scuttle, still no gank take golems/back depending on what scuttle you took. This path lets you look for the early gank while not wasting anytime standing still.
