How To Beat Pure Vessel Easily

Today I’m gonna show you a guide on how to quickly and easily beat Pure Vessel, including the best charms to use and when to heal.
First off, Pure Vessel is one of the fastest bosses in the game so throw on every health boosting charm you’ve got and take some time to get used to his speed in the Hall of Gods. If you don’t know how and when to dodge, you’re not gonna get very far in this fight. But that’s what I’m here for. After that, swap for these charms and get ready to crack some skulls.
For the Soul Daggers attack jump away from Pure Vessel and dash back through the attack. If you’re close enough you can get a nail hit in. But be careful since he can parry immediately after this attack.
For both the lunge and triple slash, jump over Pure Vessel, nail pogo and get a Descending Dark in. The lunge can be cleared with a single jump. But use the monarch wings for the triple since the backswing on the sword is deceptively wide. Dashing through these attacks works too, but timing your shade cloak cooldown can be tricky. Also, if you dash through the triple and fire off a Shade Soul fast enough, it’ll hit for double damage.
For the Soul Pillars attack dashing underneath Pure Vessel usually puts you in a safe spot. Or jumping away with the Monarch Wings gives a little extra time to reposition in the air. Descending Dark works well here too.
For the Parry enjoy the short break. Or trigger the attack, dash through, and get a hit in.
Pure Vessel also has a jump that is used when the Knight is off the ground for too long. Limiting how long you’re in the air and staying off the walls will keep this attack from ever showing up.
At 50% health, Pure Vessel will start using a Focus attack. This is a great time to heal or get a bunch of nail hits in. Descending Dark shines here too. Also, note that the hitboxes on the orbs are a little smaller than they look.
At 25% heath, Pure Vessel starts using Void Tendrils. This attack covers over half of the arena, so get away from it, or get above it and stay in the air as long as possible. Nail pogo on Pure Vessel and get a DDark in if you can.
If you’re still having trouble with this fight, you can use these charms to cheese the boss. Stick to the wall and dash or DDark through Pure Vessel’s attacks. But mainly due to the jumping attack, this strategy is very hit or miss. And if you’re having trouble dodging attacks on the ground you’re probably gonna have trouble against the wall too.

The Focus attack and when Pure Vessel is staggered is the best time to heal. Abyss Shriek isn’t recommended during this fight since it can trigger a parry and result in taking unnecessary damage. This is a very fast paced fight, but by using your jump, dash and Descending Dark at the right times you’ll be able to ascend the Pantheon of the Knight!
