How To Beat Traitor Lord Easily

The Traitor Lord is the brother of the Mantis Lords. Exiled to the Queens Gardens for embracing the Infection. He blocks access to the White Lady and her half of the White Fragment.
A small arena coupled with powerful attacks that deal two masks of damage make the Traitor Lord one of Hollow Knights hardest bosses. And today I’m gonna show you how to beat him easily.
The charms to use for this fight are Sharp Shadow, Dashmaster, Unbreakable Heart, Lifeblood Heart and Lifeblood Core. Since there aren’t a lot of opportunities to heal during this fight, the main strategy using this build is to max out your health and dash through Traitor Lords attacks while dealing damage with Sharp Shadow. Also, if you’re having trouble with the fight, don’t forget to put a Dreamgate down to make getting back super easy.
The Traitor Lord has four main attacks and like I said earlier dashing is your friend here. Just remember to keep an eye on your Shade Cloak recharge to avoid taking damage.
The first attack is a jump and dive attack similar to the Mantis Traitors. Simply walk out of the way to avoid or dash towards the boss.
The second attack is a dash and swipe at the Knight. Return the favor and dash through this attack as well.
The third is a massive shockwave that covers the entire arena. So use that dash yet again, or Desolate Dive next to the shockwave for the invincibility frames.
Finally, if you get too far away from the Traitor Lord he will throw out two spinning orange scythes. If you guessed that dashing was the way to go… nah, just walk out of the way like I do. Fortunately this attack only deals one mask of damage so don’t worry too much about it.
But if you’re still having trouble after all that, I’ve got an even easier way to cheese this boss. Equip Weaversong, Grubsong, Glowing Womb, Hiveblood and Unbreakable Heart. All you have to do is stay in this top right corner of the arena and let your spiderlings and hatchlings do the work for you. Do not come down to heal, let Hiveblood take care of things.
While you’re not perfectly protected from attacks up here, as long as you dash or dive through the Traitor Lord’s shockwaves, it’s very difficult to get hit up here and you’ll be just fine most of the time. So it might take a few tries, but if you dropped that dreamgate like I told ya, its no sweat getting back.
Once you beat him, you’ll gain access to the White Lady and her half of the Kingsoul. So after a leisurely stroll through the White Palace, you’ll be tearing your hair out over the Radiance in no time.
