  16. I think if they rework Singed, they need to stick to adjusting his abilities rather than replacing them. Something like making poison apply in stacks rather than just refresh the duration so the longer they spend in your poison the more damage it deals per second. A small mechanical change like that would reinforce his kiting playstyle encouraging bruisers to try to burst him down quickly and punishing them for overstaying. Singed would be easier to burst down, but more dangerous if he kites well. So the playstyle wouldn't change much at all, but his kit could be updated to allow for more skill expression. Other changes could be stuff like allowing all knock ups to root in his W rather than just Singed's to allow for more team interaction, maybe like a 50 unit dash to target on his E so it has slightly more range than his auto and he doesn't indicate his fling quite as heavily. All these changes wouldn't really affect his playstyle, but they would allow both players using and facing Singed more skill expression.

  18. Dude have you noticed the beauty creep in league? The unappealing champs get slightly redesigned or greatly overhauled to look good to the eyes because it sells more. Since Singed is one of the champs that will eventually get a rework and no longer be ugly, I bet he will look like Johnny Sins. You know, since he is bald and a doctor too. Since you are also named Johnny, I suggest your name be changed to Johnny Singed. Both your online name and real name, that is.

  24. i meant to be fair, singed concept as a champion can't get outdated. because it is unique. and thus you don't need to change singed. you can mess up with his passive a bit to make it more "manageable for example" as in increased the range of which the MS is granted or the duration slightly or granting "ghosting/phasing" as in to walk through minions during the passive duration and so on. but ultimately it should stay a passive related to SPEED or utility.

    problems with champs like singed, or nassus or whatever kind of champ that needs to run with no gap closer to enemies is that they need an easy access to so resistance and tenaicty.

    i would prefer singed passive to grant 3-5% slow resistance per stack in addition to the movement speed "which is not even that big of a deal in 1 vs1 but at least it will allow singed access to 10 -30% slow resistnace in team fights "because realistically you won't be tagging every player in the game anyway.

    i don't think reduce healing will break singed or make him MUCH better than he ever was and i think he will still be "relatively weak" because of this problem.

    league right now have a problem in terms of pacing, the game is getting faster and there is more crowd control and mobility in every new champ. and the more you add crowd control and mobility the weaker the no-gap closer champs become.
