  1. As someone who worked in the gaming industry, believe me 90% of you DONT want to work in this industry, you only think you want to. You get poorly paid, you have bad working conditions, you have a large competition and you rarely get a contract that lasts longer than a year or if you are lucky a project.

This, sooo much this. People are more than happy to work around small knowledge gaps and train you that last 10% into being good at a role when you're a desirable human being to interact and collaborate with. Most underrated advice in this video, applicable throughout life.

    1. Take a chance and hope you'll be that 1 out of 100,000 gamer who makes it professionally, and even IF you make it your game/career/popularity will probably fizzle out in a few years.
    2. Learn a marketable skill that doesn't really use much of your previous gaming knowledge (it's a bonus – they won't care if you don't play games as long as you can code/design/produce)

Please don't become a QA tester. They're temp workers subject to massive layoffs, poor working conditions, expected overtime and have very little career mobility.
Sorry to burst your dreams everyone. Just get a real job. I was a signed professional gamer getting paid a full salary for 2 years and while it taught me some things, I didn't help me advance my life.

  4. Pro tip from a clinical psychologist some of you may know about.

If you don't know what to do, try something. Don't remain in stasis. It is ok to fail. Failing is how you learn. Be willing to change your aim, but TRY SOMETHING.

  5. I started watching your aiming videos more after losing to this guy in Roblox Arsenal 2 times.

He's been playing for 6 months only while I played for 3 years so I am just learning more so I can finally beat him. You know how it feels to have a guy with lesser experience beat you… especially twice.

But still tho, he was really fun to play with and we were both very competitive.

  6. No joke, this was so inspirational; maybe its the positive and down to earth way of yours, but it really gave me as the biggest pessimistic pos a glimpse of hope… Thank you!

I'm currently immortal in valorant which means I'm a good player and yes me aim is so good, my edpi is 309 but I want to be even faster and do more flicks so I raised it to 350, will I get used to it as I got used to the old one and be good and even better again or I'm just messing up my muscle memory and wasting time
