If you have already done this and you bought a graphics card undo the method number 3 or remove the Winshipping Valorant in that location it will cause the Dx 11 feature~ to appear even though you already have a new card

Sua GPU não é compatível com o VALORANT. Em dezembro tivemos que acionar um recurso que exigia os requisitos mínimos para rodar o VALORANT, e ,entre esses requisitos, está o Shader Model 5.0 ou superior.
A sua GPU tem a versão 4.1 e isto é um recurso físico, Não dá só pra fazer um update e mudar, saca?
Para conseguir jogar o VALORANT você vai precisar de uma GPU que tenha a capacidade de rodar o Shader 5.0.
