I refreshed every 5 min from 5pm yesterday, stayed up, and at 856am i got kicked off of the app and the browser, they both "crashed, it was obvious their servers got hacked. How can it boot out the people already on the site and app, and, the it had not just only a crash, but sometime type of scripted loop where it told you your log in info was incorrect, even though it wasnt. Made you verify, change your password, then at the home page it says sign in. I repeated this proccess over 50 times consecutively, until it finally showed me signed in and let me check my account info which was still accurate. The only way this is possible is if their servers were hacked, or the 100s of pathetic youtube vids teaching people how to cheat the online order proccess, you could tell, the people on the site already wernt just booted off because of traffic, or a crash. The people who got in, it wasnt by accident or by chance, they blocked out regular customers with sometime of scripted loop, then they had the people buying not being forced into the hacked loop. I hope the remedy this, It makes no sense lol
it just said product available for curbside pickup, but no where on the page was there the add to cart button! then it locked up! absolute joke lol
now it says coming soon again, maybe this is a sign to not buy a ps5 LOL

OMG!!!! I GOT ONE!!!!! I started off using the BB app, and got into my cart but couldn't check out. So then I switched to my laptop just to see if it would make a difference and IT DID!! They had me confirm my identity with a verification code. I chose email and it came in seconds. Then I signed in and completed the purchase. I did have to checkout twice before it actually took. I used my BB credit card since it was already saved to my account. Best Buy is releasing in waves and Walmart will drop some at 3pm EST! GOOD luck boys (and girls lol)!!!!
