After watching this video along with others and doing some research, then a phone call with Playstation I was denied a refund for my digital download from the PS Network. It was said that Projekt Red was not giving funds to PlayStation to honor refunds. As of today December 16 six days after the release. smh, I emailed them earlier today to the address you posted but nothing back just yet I'll keep you posted.
By the way sony are straight up refusing refunds now

Yeah idk what to do with xbox. Attempted twice for a refund and they still say due to their policies I can't because I've played the game a little. I've even explained it crashes a lot and freezes a bunch but they still say the same thing. Any ideas?
