lets say i saved like 30k primogems and used it on a low risk banner, do i have to keep wishing to get max constellation for the featured 5*? or just get max constellation on the featured 4* character that i like and spend/save the rest for the next banner that i like?
i'm at 8k primos rn… need to get to 29k to get a 100% chance to get a 5-star from banner. I'm saving for rosaria/signora

uhm I have an AR 37 acc but i don't save primogems but i have an Diluc, Tartagalia, and C4 Fischl and a lot of C2 Characters. is it okay?

only got one 5 star (Klee) from the character banners (54 rolls left till I hit the 90 fate pity). Have yet to obtain a 5 star anything from standard banner (currently at 60 something rolls I think)

I did the same thing. Now I hv C6 razor. C6 fischl, C1 Bennet, C1 sucrose, C3 chongyun, C2 ninguang. Guess what I have wolfgrave stone too my single most 5 star weapon. I have 3 5 stars character too , Mona zhongli n keqing , although I don't use keqing cuz I just got her by fault lucky. Oh I have xinyan C2 too, enough to make her a physical dps for team 1. Note – m not a whale , just a hoarder xD I see primogems I snatch it . I once bought blessing cuz I wanted zhongli so much . So that's it.
