My Bolide Hutao's charge attack can hit cryo hypostasis with DPS over 100000 only within Zhongli's pillar (reduce resistance + Tenacity). I got Yanfei C6, I still consider that I should update her or not…😐

Yanfei is like really budget Klee. Also she is a lot more enjoyable to play than Klee because her kit,animations and that whole seals charge attack combo is awesome. She is very strong as 4* character. C1 is all you need tbh as f2p player because stamina consumption feels a lot better and comfortable.
I don't have any Pyro dps so i'll probably build her while waiting for Hu Tao rerun or other Pyro char.
My team is Yanfei, Bennett, Mona and Venti. If you don't have any of those 5 stars use Sucrose and Xingqiu instead they are actually great choices.
So, I was a bit confused at you saying that people would have more crimson set pieces than wanderers and then saw your character page. Get to farming leveling mats! As for me, I suppose I should go back to that domain at some point but I basically farmed it enough to get 2 decent pieces and then was done. I hate artifact farming but realize it is a necessity but I don't do it endlessly. I'll work on a decent 4 piece and I hope you work on poor Keqing. As a fellow Jean user, Keqing was my second main character and she's so much fun.

i have been very lucky with my wander's troup artifacts. got an amazing 4 peice myself, not even max level just all in the 12-16, my stats are 1,500 Attack, 54% CR, and 145% CD. its nutty how well my rolls have been, and each peice has Att%, CR%, and CD%. a few peices have been rolling more one then the other, but still.
As for a team, ATM its Keqing, Qiqi, Yanfei, and Fishel. Yanfei and Fischl are just a great combo together. Qiqi is my healer and a Physical DPS, and Keqing is a melee electro DPS. Diona would probably be better, but have her in a nother comp

C6 holly sheet, I was lucky enough to get her because I still get Noelle and I got C6 since Ganyu's banner, but she really is a nice f2p option for a pyro main DPS, I have Wanderer's Troupe with good stats but never use it, and the Widsith that used for Ningguang but I don't use her much for DPS, and of top of that I have C1 Mona for the crazy damage of her Q but never have a character that can use full of it, and I have Zhongli that was an accident when was searching for Xinyan and ruin my 50/50 for Ganyu, literally I was prepare all this months for Yanfei even before she existed. Yanfei with Bennet C1, Mona C1 and Zhongli is strong team.
Im so Annoyed of her Acension Material 30 Mins of Fight and then you got 1 Bruh but Now Hehe ( Evil Laugh Accent) Zhong li Made it Easier
My level 70 Yanfei can do that with 68k damage using 4 set wanderer

Did you see Jinx’s video on Yanfei? Apparently N3C vapes her charged + A4 consistently regardless of distance? Just bringing it up since you said she doesnt vape consistently.

Note: You forgot to take Pyro DMG diminishing returns into account when comparing CW and WT.
For example, Yanfei with 70% Pyro Damage gains only 13.24% relative Pyro DMG when using 4PC CW. The magic of additive damage.
Still good and much more flexible than WT, just wanted to correct it.
I pulled yanfei yesterday but I didn't really want or need her,but it would be illegal if I just left her to collect dust 🤣

The real reason to not use Crimson Witch is because the circlet doesn't drop at all to begin with let alone ever with a crit main stat.

Crimson Witch 4pc bonus, or rather "2pc bonus increase by 50%, 3 stacks" part is FULLY stackable on Yanfei. Individual stacks do NOT have their own cooldown, thus by spamming E as soon as possible, with, or without valid target for it you can get extra 22.5% pyro damage. And given you want to use E as often as possible because free dmg and free seals, then it makes CW set even more useful.
Now only if 4th useful piece of it would actually drop…
