This is annoying since I have no clue any of these stats + I’ve gotten some heirlooms before so idk if that reset it. Apex needs to just add something in game for it

I have opened approximately 306 packs for 839 hours of gameplay through 5 seasons of gameplay with passes from season 6 till now

sucks that im a weirdo that sometimes uses apex coins from battlepass to buy packs then buys apex coins to buy battlepass and then sometimes i use my coins to buy treasure packs for apex packs and so on. its hard to guess how many packs i have really bought

I got shards last week after like 300 packs, so now im just gonna count every pack

Just say you get an hairloom on your 300th pack will you still get one on your 500th or do you have to get 500 more

I used this site to track my progress. After I finally got my shards I've manually kept track of EVERY SINGLE PACK I've opened. I won't open a pack without bumping the number up in my notes. I got my heirloom right at the end of S9 and I'm at 52 so far
Two of my friends got lucky and got heirlooms without opening 500 packs. One of my friends was level 30-40 and the other was level 100
I’ve opened about 440 packs and still haven’t got heirloom shards. Also been playing since day one and got every single free loot tick you can get.
Did buying the anniversary heirloom shards reset the counter?
Been a player since day 1, I live in south america so buying apex packs is insanely difficult at least for me, managed to get my first heirloom at 500 which is the guaranteed so not very lucky, it was before the shard system so I got rng heirloom which wasnt even for my main, and now I am currently on 410 apex packs with no second heirloom, made to master/pred, got every battlepass maxed out, spent around 600 or 500 ish on the game, over 4k hours, and they gonna make me wait for 500 guarnateed again, I find this heirloom shard system pretty insulting honestly 🙁
So much effort put into the game and not a single reward almost
