I walk through the best weapons to use, the best places to land for high damage games and the best ways to get high damage games in apex. I hope these tips end up helping you out on your road to getting your first 4k damage badge in Apex!

I dropped a 5,8k with 19 kills and havent had the 20 badge back then xD

just a tip: spitfires and charge rifles with be your savior when going for this badge

My friend got the 4K and I only got 3.7k😓
How to cheese it step one get 2 friends or family that play ot one must go lifeline and the other any other character punch and revie
Side note: Damage from knocks does count, but the damage doesn't count towards your evo shield

Is a good combo G7 scout and Flatline
The best way to get it is to engage enemies then die gage and let them heal to engage again

If I g7 poke/chip people in the open and me shooting and being a third party, the most I could ever get is a 3000
Short answer: reverse boost into bot lobbies (help i have gun to my head)
I get 2 and 3k all the time just can't get the 4k
I just got the series s and I got a 4K on my 2nd game I’ve played a lot on my switch
I usually run R301 and Wingman for high damage games. The Wingman does so well in close quarters. The R301 works great for long range/mid range/close range fights so these two go perfect together. Especially when you need to switch to a secondary the Wingman will demolish enemies.
I play so aggressive bec ive been playing since s1 and the highest I got was 3.5k dmg and so desperate to get that 4k. But my main problem is running out of people to fight. Its round 1 and there's only already 6 sqds left.

I just had a 3,978k dmg game and I didn’t get 4k because the last guy had a kraber😔. I have 11k kills on wraith and have a 20k badge but I just can not get 4k I have gotten so many 3.9k dmg games it’s not ok
4k is not hard at all got 7456 by just going into fights for the damage rather then kills i still got a 13 kill game
I just got 17 kill win with 3700 damage done , my random teammate killed a squad to rob me of the 20k and 4K pain
casually gets 4k every week like its nohting

I feel like I always get a lot of damage when I play with Repeater because I do a mot of damage and the enemies can just heal and use shields and then just get damaged again by me without anyone dieing quickly.

Thirst a downed player to 1 hp and then do a finisher to get full armor SMART
I had 9 kills 3 assist and barley got my first 2k game cause my teammates kept on shooting everyone I was so I didn't get much damage

I used a charge and R301, which was later switched for a spitfire, today after watching your video last night and got it.
The difference of patience and understanding that kills don’t mean damage made the biggest difference. Farming that last couple of squads is huge!
Today i accidentally got my first 4k damage. I was just playing pubs and wasn't even aiming for the 4K damage badge. I just played aggressive and got 4000 damage with 10 kills, i used a G7 and a spitfire. And i wasn't farming for damage. Oh and i played solo trio. Hopefully you guys will get your first 4K damage too :°)
Maybe it's just me…maybe I have bad luck or I'm just not good enough…but I'm a Diamond ranked player (every season of ranked not one time thing), I've been playing since season 2 – I have a 2.13 KD – I play mostly solo q. I try and drop hot or near hot zones as often as possible and I just am always paired up against sweaty as hell people…like every lobby is nothing but kids who have 4k badges and 20 bomb badges and 10-50k kills on whatever character. I'm west coast server, is that the problem, too many try hards on my server or am I just unlucky or not good enough? I've never gotten a 4K or 20 kills in a game before and I've got almost 2,000 on the game at this point and am an aggressive player. Most games that go "well" for me are like 9-13 kills but always only like 2-3K damage at most. I thirst my kills, I play aggressive (Arguably stupidly overly aggressive sometimes) I run G7, I use the wingman and 301 etc etc. Best game was 19 kills and 3.7K damage and it happened by accident. Whenever I try for it its worse or I die to some super try hard team with god aim thats ex masters or ex pred players…it just seems to be impossible for me…even though it looks so doable and I feel that I have the skill and aim and playstyle…I shoot at everything and push towards gunfire and land hot but there's just always super rediculous players that out play me etc everytime. Skill based match making?? Idk…maybe its just me…that seems to be my issue is there's not enough squads below my skill level in an average pub…all equal to or higher. Pubs feels worse than ranked half the time.

I'm not seeing any comments about damage on knocked enemies so I'll just type it out – "The flesh/health damage on knocked enemies count" Damage on their knockdown shields does not count towards the badge

happy to say as someone who has struggled to even get 2k 2 weeks after starting apex, the game after i watched this video i got a 3k and my friend got 2.5
