Sivir is a decent champion, but the problem I have with her is that she has such a shot range and her passive is so underwhelming '-'
also, it would make more sence if her W's boomerangs could aply on-hit effects like tiamat's aoe, Bork's passive, Wit's End magic damage, etc, since they already can crit.
I'm sure Rito Gomes could make somethig much better with her kit :^)
